I Should be Sleeping!!

I haven't been sleeping very well, if at all lately, and its getting really annoying ("how 'bout a knock out ma'am"). So here I am at 4:30 in the morning, which if I remember correctly my mother always told me there isn't supposed to be air at that time of the day so I'm not really sure how this is happening. I decided to read my e-mails and saw that I received yet another comment saying that I need to blog again. Thank you Kiley for the reminder.

So what have I been doing, you have been dying to know? I have been going to the fair!! Can I just tell you how much I love The Puyallup Fair. The animals, the food, the vendors selling crap that you can't live without, and of course the hypnotist show. I got to go 3 times this year and loved every min. of it. I love to wonder around, smell all the smells, eat the food that you only get at the fair (which only tastes good at the fair) see all the new cool things, and some of my old favorite things, that I can't live without ("put in the truck Bob, don't even bother draining it"), and see what great bargains I can get. My friend Jori and her mom and I go together every year. Her mom flys up from Arizona to go with us. Its so much fun. We really have a good time. And yes Kiley I did it at trot and I did it at a gallop, and I did it real slow so my heart wouldn't palpitate, and no I wasn't late. So there! Everyone should experience the fair at least once in their life.

I love the Draft Horses

These guys were hilarious with their fake horses!

Cute baby Chicks

This year we saw the Wild Monkey Show

Chris will never understand why I think baby pigs are so cute, just look at him.

You are such a turkey

And last but certainly not least us with Travis Fox the hypnotist. His show is hilarious!

Our Temple Trip

Chris and I had the opportunity to go with my friend and her kids to the temple last weekend. It was so cool to be there. There were 3 weddings going on so it was a challange to snap pictures and not have a million people in the back ground. It was fun cause it will be 4 years on Thursday since we got married. WOW do we look different in these pictures then in the pictures we took then. I thought this picture was really cool cause you can't see the flag pole just the flag right under Angel Moroni. It sure made me miss how close I used to live to the temple.

I feel like a Chicken with my head cut off

I feel like I have been so busy lately and loosing touch with everyone. Let me start off by saying "Happy Happy Birthday Children Dear" We have had so many birthdays this month, mostly in the last 2 weeks. I have been working alot and working on our house. Then on top of all that we have been sick and then better and then sick again. Holy Crap! Thank goodness for chicken noodle soup and hot pads. Speaking of that, Jenna, I made homemade chicken noodle soup with Rick's noodles and mashed potatoes. It was SO good. As far as work goes, work is going great. I am really loving my job. Its busy, but thats why I like it, there is always something going on. I have been trying to enjoy the weather, the sun breaks we do get, but dang it I'm ready for SUMMER! I want to wear shorts and not have to wear a coat even on the sunny days. I truly am enjoying spring though, all the flowers and the baby animals. We have a bird that has made a nest in our fake tree outside our back door. She has 4 little eggs. I check on her everyday, but I'm not sure what to feed her, any suggestions? Chris says I should stop looking in there while she is in there cause she could fly out and attack my eyes "they have been known to do that" he says. It makes me laugh every time he says it cause I picture that little bird attacking me and after having it fly out of the tree while I'm standing there talking to Lady (our cute dog) and scaring the crap out of me I almost believe him. But not only do we have those little eggs in the nest but as I was mowing my lawn the other day I went around the side of the house and holy crap there was a nest of chicken eggs, 7 of them, on the side up against the house. I haven't ever seen a chicken in our yard so I'm not really sure where they came from but it looks like a chicken laid there. So apparently my house is the fertile laying ground. Anyway, I hope you all are also enjoying spring and all the life around us, especially all my prego friends!

I Love Primary Kids!

Today we went to my mom's ward and were able to take our kids (yay for kids being able to go to church). I peeked in on them during singing time. I was surprised to see that the boys were singing. I was so happy. They had just learned the words that day and were already trying to figure it out (what good boys we have) anyway, the singing teacher had pictures up to help the kids remember the words and said "if you do a good job then you can pick 2 pictures to take down". One of the little boys in there immediately spoke up "that's not a privilege, that will make it more hard for us". All the teachers in there got a good laugh out of it.

Umm hello slacker

So I have been alittle lax on my blogging. I'm sorry. I am a working women now. I got a job working at Lowes as an Install Sales Coordinater. Sounds fun huh. It actually is. I work with some really fun people. Also its very close to my house so that is a bounus. YAY for Lowes.

Our house is on the market, again, so I have been packing boxes, going through old boxes and throwing stuff away. Let me tell you I have found some funny things in those boxes. (Oh the things we think when we are growing up.) While I was digging I found some fake make up and thought my friends daughter (the one who says the funniest things) would love it. So I saved it for her and gave it to her yesterday and she wanted to "make us over". So she goes to her mom to put on the lipstick and her mom says "wait what kind is it?" "Cherry" she says "Well I don't like cherry, I want pineapple" "Oh ok well then its pineapple" "How did it get to be pineapple I thought you said it was cherry how did it change?" to which she replies "well it just takes a little bit of magic". Little girls are so funny!

Chillin' with my Peeps

Yes I do own a shirt that says that! (Gotta love Walmart)

Happy Easter everyone. Hope is was great for all of you. Ours was uneventful. No easter bunny or nothin'. But I did find some gum ball eggs from last year. YUM! This year was spend just me and the old man chillin' at home. Watching movies, taking naps, and spending time just the 2 of us. Its was very nice, quite, relaxing, and really alot of fun. Lets not metion the crappy weather that the great northwest was so priviallged to enjoy. (side note, we keep having sunny days then the next day rainy, I think heavenly father is telling me "Plant your flowers and I will water them for you" He gives me a good day and then waters!) Anyway, all in all we ignored the weather and had a good day anyway. I love spending time with Chris, he makes me laugh.

My Friends Daughter Says the Funniest things

So I was just going to have a little side note talking about the funny thing she says each day she says them. Then I decided that we need to keep those things cause they are so funny.

What I had up before was we were riding in the car the other day and she said "Mom, we never go to Chucky Cheeses anymore" I said "You like Chucky Cheese?" and she replied "Its Chucky Cheeses Molly, now practice it like this, Chucky Cheeses, Chucky Cheeses, Chucky Cheeses" We had a good laugh.

Lately she has been on this asking me if things are healthy thing. I think there is a Chris at the root of this. So as I was getting her breakfast this morning she says "Are marshmallows healthy?" I had to laugh. Don't we all wish Lucky Charms were healthy!

Semi Blog kind of life

Ok so lets face it, I'm not as dedicated to blogging as Emily is and I generally don't have little ones to make me laugh and blog about. Although as nieces and nephews have come into my life I found they are hilarious. And then got married I have found that I used to be the favorite. "Used to be" being the key phrase. Ocasionally I am still the favorite but on several occasions, today being one of those, I got a phone call early this morning with a little Lyssa voice on the other end asking "can I talk to Uncle Chris." (This being funny because every time I see, or talk, to Ammon he runs and gives me a hug and then quickly asks "Wheres Chris?") So to Lyssa this morning I said "He is sleeping sweetie what do you need?" To which she replies "Molly can I come spend the night at your house?" I said "Yes honey, any time that you want, just ask your mom." "Ok bye." So thinking about how cute she is, and how I just love her to death, I went on about my day not really thinking anything of it because I, almost weekely, get that question from her. About 10 min later I get a phone call from Emily again and I thought that it probably was Emily calling to see what Lyssa said or calling to talk to me about what she really wanted or something, but nope, it was Lyssa again. "Molly my mom says I can't come spend the night but you can come over to my house and have a play date and spend the night" I started laughing. I told her that we will have to do that soon and that she should just keep asking her mom everyday and someday she will say yes. She is so funny and has always been my baby!

The Hair Cut!

So I was having a hard time with my hair and finally decided that I should just cut it all off. Chris was totally excited to cut and "keep my hair, like he does in Willow". So I met him half way. He could cut the pony tail off and then I would let someone else fix it. I was affraid that cutting it would make my face look fatter than is already is. So one night we were all sitting around and decided to cut if off. Here are the pictures and the new do! It was a total of 16 inches that we cut off. Can you believe it!! Time to start growing again.
